Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

It depends on the damage.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

No, just your security deposit and first month’s rent.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes it is; as long as the home is left in the same condition you received it in, minus normal wear and tear.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?

You must get management approval before getting a pet of any kind.
